San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - Very esthetic elbaite crystals from this classic italian location. On a small piece of pegmatite matrix a terminated elbaite emerges from a group of albite and quartz crystals. The crystal is 3 cm in size and has a small elbaite at its side of 1.5 cm ! nice light green color that changes to almost pink close to the top. Very nice specimen from Isola Elba ! overall size is5.5x3.5x3 cm.
